關於生涯價值力Spotlight

這次的合作將以「Employability 生涯價值力」為主題,發掘10項最明亮的創新,重點關注未來最有效的生涯價值力發展。Employability是以FIT+HUG為具體指標,針對全球華人地區的教育工作者,發掘全球最具創新性、影響力和可擴展性的教育創新個案,藉此了解在面對未來全球趨勢之下,如何善用教育創新提升K-12學生於全球的生涯價值力,最終精選出全球10個教育創新典範,將透過案例及影片與全世界分享。

HundrED Spotlight 是與溫世仁文教基金會共同合作,以生涯價值力為主題,開啟基金會NXTEducator計畫。

誰可以參與投件?

全球華人以使用中文為教學的K-12教育工作者,可於2019年5月10日至2019年6月30日間,於HundrED平台分享您的生涯價值力教育創新案例。

Spotlights最終只選擇10項最明亮的教育創新,由研究團隊和專家顧問委員會進行深入研究,並將所有的研究結果以原創內容的方式呈現。所有的創新都經過徹底的研究過程,遵守嚴格FIT+HUG標準,並且具有影響力、可擴展性和創新性,12月於全球教育創新大會公告。

評估創新案例是否符合HundrED三個標準與溫世仁文教基金會的FIT+HUG標準

如何選出教育創新案例?

研究與篩選將根據溫世仁文教基金會的FIT+HUG標準與HundrED的三大標準,創意性,影響力與可擴展性進行。

根據以上的評選標準,研究團隊將透過訪問的方式產出定型研究成果並進行整體的評分。各創新案例將進行兩次的評分,第一次是根據各創新案例的現狀,第二次則是根據各創新案例的未來潛力評分。為評估各創新案例是否符合評分標準,以下為各評分標準的說明:

HundrED評分標準

- 創意性:能在相關的文化背景去的具有價值的發展

影響力:已執行了至少一年並擁有相關論證

- 可擴展性:適應新環境的能力並有拓展的意願

FIT+HUG評分標準

- 真誠友善的本質:創新個案能夠鼓勵學生,凡事以誠信的態度和善意與人,事,物互動

多元創新的思維:創新個案能夠鼓勵學生,結合不同文化的薰陶,從多元的角度發想問題的解決方式

科技運用的認知:創新個案能夠鼓勵學生,願意接觸科技趨勢與新知,且會思考怎麼運用

以人為本的作為:創新個案能夠鼓勵學生,以同理心主動洞察需求,適時設計或提供以顧客為中心的服務,有效解決並滿足顧客需求

跨領域整合:創新個案能夠鼓勵學生,了解不同領域文化和專業的價值,引導不同專業的團隊進行討論和對話,共同創造出能達成目標的最佳方案

國際視野在地實踐:創新個案能夠鼓勵學生,適性地運用全球的知識與經驗,設計適合且能夠讓在地產業提升價值與品質的方案
