HundrED has now concluded the Spotlight on AI for Career Readiness in collaboration with Salesforce, and our report will be published in January, highlighting the trends and questions the search raised, as well as amplifying the selected innovative education solutions.

Four innovators - The Economist Educational Foundation, Kinia, DesCodeuses’ Vibe AI, and Daydream Believers - were selected for this Spotlight, each of them using AI to prepare students for their future careers.

Our education design team will continue to provide support to 3 of these organizations - Kinia, Vibe AI, and Daydream Believers - through capacity-building workshops. This work is made possible by a collaboration with Salesforce, whose generous support is providing funding to each of these organisations to build their internal capacity, as well as an acceleration grant that will allow them to undertake meaningful scaling efforts this year.

What has happened so far?

In November, HundrED’s education design team hosted an opening conversation with teams from each of the three selected innovators, to establish a solid working relationship and to identify areas for growth and scaling. Using structured questions built on HundrED Research’s expertise and the Scaling Navigator we developed 2 years ago with support from SALEX and the Jacobs Foundation, we discussed questions like: What excites your team about working with AI, and what challenges do you see in your communities with its adoption? How have you worked well together as an organisation, and what are some of your greatest strengths that we can use to help you grow? Through these conversations, we captured what matters most to each of these organisations, their core values, and identified the areas of greatest need to help them scale more effectively.

What’s happening next?

In 2026, we will continue this process, with workshops that showcase the talent and expertise of the HundrED community and our partners, to address the following topics:

  • Funding models and financial planning for sustainability and resilience in uncertainty;
  • Identifying scaling models to fit organisational structures and needs;
  • Building communities of practice around geographic and/or thematic shared interests;
  • Developing meaningful impact measurements to effectively leverage and communicate an organisation’s value to potential partners and funders.

Additionally, Salesforce employees, through their volunteering time, will provide a training session on ethical use of AI, helping to create capacity-building opportunities for Kinia, Vibe AI, and Daydream Believers.

Watch this space! We will continue to provide updates on our scaling work with each of these innovators on the hundred.org website, and we hope you’ll follow along.
