Why did you create this innovation?

We created Flipped Education to support educators who try to innovate. We wanted to build a space where teachers could easily access high-quality tools, share best practices, and feel inspired again.

We aim to help frontline educators quickly respond to the changing times, teach more effectively, and live more joyfully — so that better education can arrive sooner.

What does your innovation look like in practice?

Flipped Education is a dynamic online platform that supports educators through three core services: in-depth content, practical resources, and engaging professional development.

1. Exclusive Workshops
We host workshops led by experts across fields like education, psychology, and communication. Topics include classroom management, emotional well-being, teaching strategies, and personal growth—providing both inspiration and practical tools.

2. Teaching Resources
Subscribers receive innovative, cross-disciplinary teaching materials each month, including editable slides, worksheets, templates, and activity tools. These resources are ready to use and support effective classroom teaching and management.

3. In-Depth Articles
With contributions from over 30 educators and experts, our articles offer deep insights into a wide range of key education topics — from creative teaching strategies, class management, and inclusive education to core subjects. We also explore areas such as SEL, AI etc.

How has it been spreading?

Flipped Education has grown into the largest Mandarin-language platform for innovative teaching and professional development. We currently serve over 20,000 paying subscribers and 250,000 registered members, and reached 15.7 million pageviews with over 6.1 million active users last year alone.

Our growth is fueled by strong word-of-mouth, trusted partnerships with educators, and consistent delivery of high-quality, relevant content tailored to the evolving needs of teachers.

We also play a key role in connecting Mandarin-speaking educators across Taiwan, Hong Kong, US, and other regions—building a shared space for professional exchange and educational innovation.
