Inspirate UNI

place Peru

A young who inspires, inspires his nation

Inspirate is an experiential vocational guidance program where children connect with university students who guide them about their vocational doubts and in this way a virtuous circle is generated. Since when in Latin America, it takes about 8 generations to get out of extreme poverty (OECD), but if there is any connection with a professional within the family, it only takes 2 generations.

About the innovation

Why did you create this innovation?

Although people are free to decide how to develop, many people cannot reach that opportunity. That is why we want to facilitate access to educational opportunities, as well as support in the training of agents of change. Since as all people are different, what makes us the same is that we are different and that is it reflects on our passions, therefore if we can share it we can connect with others

What does your innovation look like in practice?

It works with the support of volunteers who are trained so that they can positively impact society once they finish their volunteer stage.

How has it been spreading?

At the moment we are in Peru and we have covered more than 100 schools so far.

If I want to try it, what should I do?

You should contact us and we will gladly make you part of our family! It is an easy model to replicate and we would love to spread it around the world.
