for 10 years we have been teaching entrepreneurship to vulnerable people and the last year we started to do that online
Using our online Platform, Universidad Posible, Banesco, one of the biggest panamenian banks and us, IUGT International/Universidad Posible, plan to teach 20.000 young latinamericans how to become entrepreneurs and to keep that spirit. We plan to use a built-to-suit program inspired by the successful Program for Entrepreneurs we already implemented for more than 5,000 panamenians

What we do?
We design, produce and provide E-learning programs. We use many ways and many types: RSE programs, open and free programs, paid programs etc
Why we do it?
It is our mission as company and the purpose of our lives. We assume that by helping people to have a better future we are accomplishing such a great deal of social commitment
we have trained more than 13.000 entrepreneurs in Panamá and we know how to do it online and free. Now we plan to adapt our method to a new target group: young people
we will adapt modules, language and execrases to the new target group
based on an instructional design, scripts are to be written, videos may be produced and finally, the plattform should be loaded with the proper material
a team will monitor the performance of the virtual plattform and the progress of the students by interacting with them, encouraging them to finish the program and collecting polls
We have a pool of psychologist in constant touch with those attending the program. Also, the plafftform is set to ensure a constant interaction with students.
