I founded Tinker Champs because when I first discovered the world of entrepreneurship, I realized something deeply unfair — not every student had access to the tools, guidance, and opportunities to become a changemaker. While some waited for resources to reach them, I decided to take action. I began by creating hands-on bootcamps and easy-to-understand resources to help students learn digital skills, build confidence, and take their first steps in innovation.
Because I wanted to mentor young entrepreneurs not just in India, but across the world — to show them that age, background, or resources should never limit their dreams.
What started with mentoring a few students soon grew into a movement. I brought together passionate young minds from across the country, and together, we built one of India’s largest student-led platforms dedicated to changemaking, entrepreneurship, and digital empowerment.
But for me, Tinker Champs is more than just an organization — it’s a community built on the belief that change is not a solo journey. I wanted to create a culture of peer mentoring, because I truly believe that changemaking is a two-way street: as you mentor others, you grow yourself; as you empower others, you discover your own strength; and as you help change someone’s world, you begin to change the world at large.
Today, Tinker Champs stands as a shining example that when young people come together with purpose, they don’t just wait for change — they lead it.
Tinker Champs is on a mission to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit and digital literacy among young minds across India. With a growing community of 50 Tinker Champs, we lead dynamic workshops and bootcamps in states and cities, empowering students to learn over 45 digital skills online. Our platform isn’t just a learning tool; it’s a vibrant community where students not only gain knowledge but also mentor their peers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
We go beyond traditional learning by organizing national programs and bootcamps that inspire young innovators. Through partnerships with Atal Innovation Mission, Niti Aayog, and the Government of India, we’ve co-hosted initiatives like ATL Tinkerpreneur and other entrepreneurial workshops, reaching students across the country. These platforms are designed to equip them with the basics of business, guiding them through interactive sessions, an intuitive app, and real-time mentoring.
Our network of mentors in India is actively creating industry-led sessions that give students firsthand exposure to real-world business challenges. We’ve also launched BizBox, a physical offline entrepreneurship kit that transforms learning into action. This innovative tool helps students build their own businesses through hands-on activities, making business education both practical and inspiring.

Our Tinker Champs initiative has grown rapidly, with new Tinker Champs being added across the country. Local ATL Labs are now independently hosting their own Tinker Champs sessions, expanding access to hands-on innovation and learning. These student mentors are not only creating new programs but also tailoring them to the unique needs of their communities. They are introducing innovative workshops in areas like robotics, AI, coding, design thinking, and environmental sustainability—making sure that every child has the opportunity to learn and grow, no matter where they are. From organizing coding boot camps in rural villages, to launching sustainability programs in urban schools, these student mentors are empowering children with critical skills and a passion for problem-solving.
