We created this innovation to make online assessment more insightful to the education community and to make it easy for them such that they can use simples and universally assessable tools like Google forms to measure learning outcomes.
It works within the Google ecosystem, currently listed on the Google Workspace Marketplace and has active users.
However, outside the Google ecosystem, users can download our cvs templates, populate the with student responses and analyze test results.
Listed on the Google Workspace Marketplace since December 2023, it records an average download of 2-4 per week. We plan to increase this number through promotional efforts after our piloting which ends in April 2023.
It has also been listed as a Digital Public Good by the Digital Public Goods Alliance and can be built upon by other developers. We have also began training Schools in Ghana on how to integrate the app to monitor learning outcomes. Over the next 2 to 3 years, we are going to scale up massively and launch new features to expand our coverage.
