There is an acknowledged growing skills gap that is not being addressed at the systemic-level by schools. Instead we follow a Band-Aid approach and fix the problem when children step into the workforce as young adults. Government reskilling schemes and on-the-job training programs in Corporations are left to bear the burden of bridging this gap by providing necessary training.
NimbleQ is a STEM + Leadership, holistic skills development program, focused on building leaders and entrepreneurs for tomorrow. NimbleQ addresses the growing skills gap through a holistic program focused at building leaders and entrepreneurs for tomorrow. Our programs facilitate children (Kindergarten - 12th grade) to learn Technology along with Business Acumen and Financial Intelligence to develop a problem-solving mindset. This combination enables children to develop creative and analytical thinking skills, necessary to cope with an ever-changing future.
Our theory of change is that education should be holistic and taught in an interdisciplinary manner. Moreover, our focus should be to maintain the interest of students in a subject rather than rote learning and learning for marks. Last but not the least, education in schools should match with what is required when we start working.
We have our own content, assessment, and teacher training program.
Since 2017, we have directly trained 2300 students from Grade KG to 10.
In order to scale and reach the broader socio-economic strata of society, we are planning to develop local language programs and teachers' training programs. We are planning to reach 15000 students through TOT and 3000 students through the B2C model.
