New learning ecosystem is needed thanks to the 21st century skills, the new era of 100 years life and the needs of wellbeing in education. The current public educational system is outdated and cannot meet these challenges. Our innovations is to design a new ecosystem of education and learning for wellbeing from empirical studies in both Japan and the Nordic countries.
