out of a deep concern for the limitations of traditional educational systems, which often prioritize conformity over creativity, and academic achievement over emotional well-being. Having worked in education since 2016, I've witnessed firsthand how the Prussian model stifles students' creativity and individuality, leading to disengagement and even depression.
Schools become a place of joy, fun, since learning is fun. Students are motivated to learn, and their results are amazing since they do and train over what they want and like. One key in learning is to be motivated to do so. If this does not happen, actual generations don´t have the habit to learn as much as they can about things they don´t care of. Memorizing learning is not a characteristic of actual kids, since they´ve got all the information just one click ahead. So, now learning goes through training, through perfectioning skills which AI will never be able to replace. To find purpose, and go for it. Intra and interpersonal skills, things we´ve left over because of our need of preparing people for factories. Schools no longer need to be jails preparing chain employees, now we focus on the human being. We are on a moment of history where AI is leading all the information and knowledge to everyone. Why keep insisting on learning concepts and not habits?

See how we operate once finished school. You want to learn something and you do so. And you find easy and quick results, you feel motivated, you use that knowledge as a transport to where you want to go and who you want to be. Its happening but only when society considers we are prepared to have freedom (after 21 years of prison).
