With Illuminat, we aim to illuminate every student towards their dream jobs, tell its scope in industry and make communities of students with the same dreams, so that they can participate in events suggested by us, together, and excel.

We hope that this application reaches each and every student, each and every institution for the overall growth of the student. We strive to bring a change and are ever-ready to adapt and evolve, and add more features for the betterment of the society. We sincerely hope that this app brings the desired change, and makes each and every student, irrespective of their background, career-ready.

About the innovation

Why did you create this innovation?

Illuminat, was created for purpose, towards a goal, 'Free and Quality Education for each and everyone'. Our primary goal, you ask? To empower each and every student in whatever field they like. Our initial application was focused around making AI itself, a teacher, and it teaching students from all age groups upto 15 years of age, the subjects they chose, at a diffculty level, according to their mental mind, and in the language of their choice. With a plethora of surveys conducted towards students, parents and teachers, we had the requisite knowledge to understand the problem. This application also won 2 bronze awards at ICYS 2024-25, in Turkiye. Now, moving ahead with the same ideal, we now focus on connecting peer groups, thereby allowing communication amongst students of the same interest, and various other features. We aim to transform education for the better, together.

What does your innovation look like in practice?

Our innovation is an app that can be downloaded and accesed without any regional restrictions, so that each and every student can truly unlock their full potential. This app with its interactive user-interface, aims to help students from different backgrounds be able to unlock the full potential of the app and its AI-powered features.

How has it been spreading?

This app, has already won the ICYS 2024, in Turkiye, and got appreciation at the Microsoft Design Championship, 1M1B Changemakers World Cup 2025, and is in its process towards the 1M1B Changemakers World Cup 2025. We have also conducted many surveys to understand the thought process of not only students, but also parents and teachers.

How have you modified or added to your innovation?

This app, originally built for students from the age 8-15 years, is now, with the same ideal, built for students from 12-18 years of age on a different platform. With its upgraded AI, and community features, we are ever-ready to fuel the next leg of empowerment in the fields of education and succesfully fulfill SDG 4, at a global stage.
