Education is undergoing a metamorphosis at an unbelievable pace and we believe that our efforts in innovation and interventions with the right mix of technology and human connection at an early stage will help in bridging the skills gap and transforming the lives of millions thereby optimizing the human potential in the future world of work.

About the innovation

Why did you create this innovation?

Navigating uncertainty is the challenge of the moment for education leaders globally. As schools and colleges rethink their pedagogy strategy in a post-pandemic era, the Global Skills Index Report indicates the lack of both Human & Digital Skills. Our target is to equip learners at the early stage of learning through our program on skilling through design thinking & project-based learning.

What does your innovation look like in practice?

With more than 100 institutions and 5000+ learners impacted by our delivery of the initiative through Hybrid mode in the last 3 years, we have designed a need-based and client-centric program for schools and colleges. An impact report of the completed project is available on request. The Future Skilling Initiative has been received with enthusiasm by education leaders and learners. The dedicated mentorship with industry experts from across the world makes it human-centric with the right blend of technology. The baseline curriculum is designed by experts and is delivered as per the requirement, keeping in mind the socio-cultural context. With our emphasis on skills like financial literacy, digital literacy, design thinking, and vocational skills, our mission is to train a million learners by 2030 globally. Our Skills Innovation Challenge will increase awareness among the learners and the leaders and is well aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals of UN.

How has it been spreading?

The major achievements of our initiative are the recognition at different national and international forums. The first batch of interns is placed well globally and the learners have been accepted to the best of the universities at UG as well as PG programs in the USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Netherlands, and many more. Our goal for the next 2-3 years is to scale it up by offering the evolving curriculum and expanding it to other countries to multiply the impact.
