Every child has unique strengths, yet our education system confines them by preparing them for jobs instead of nurturing agency and purpose. ENpower offers a parallel learning ecosystem for schools that fosters holistic development and real-world skills among students, thereby transforming them into powerful changemakers capable of solving the world's biggest problems.
ENpower runs modular interventions & hands-on programs based on three pillars - Design Thinking, Entrepreneurship & Future Technology.
In partnerships with corporates, foundations & governments we have successfully built pathways for deeper impact through - Entrepreneurship Programs, STEM Labs, Livelihood Initiatives, ATL Enhancement Programs (Under Government's NITI Aayog - AIM initiative), & Design Thinking For Educators.
Students experience the complete journey of innovation - they identify real-world problems, brainstorm solutions, apply future technology to make ideas scalable, prototype & test solutions, and implement these ideas as real ventures. Teachers are trained to mentor and guide students throughout the process.
A sample study of our students indicate that 87% students can apply STEM to solve real-world problems, 23% students can build innovative ideas, 92% students feel confident to take up entrepreneurship as a career, 73% students are able to identify problems and 19% of students could build venture ideas.
ENpower has worked across 12+ states, 750+ schools and institutes (Including 50+ All Girls Schools) and reached more than 200,000 students. Our network includes 145+ Thinking Coaches. We strengthened over 160+ ATLs under NITI Aayog's AIM initiative and 28+ STEM labs are up & running through partnerships with corporates & foundations.

ENpower began as a school-level program to nurture entrepreneurial thinking and has evolved into a comprehensive future-skills ecosystem implemented in schools through CSR, foundations, and government partnerships. We’ve integrated design thinking, technology, and gamified learning to make skill development engaging and measurable. Our flagship platform, India’s Future Tycoons is a nationwide search and mentorship platform for young adults. ENpower students have received national and international recognition. Through strategic partnerships, we now reach rural, tribal, and girl-child communities, combining experiential learning, digital access, and mentorship to help every child become a confident creator and changemaker.
We have been collaborating with global platforms like NFTE, CodeAI, UNGCNI, & Accelium to bring global opportunities closer to Indian students.
With our recent strategic collaboration with one of India's leading digital education and e-learning service provider - Tata ClassEdge Limited, we are scaling entrepreneurship and future-skills education in K-12 schools across India.
To partner with ENpower, simply connect with us via our website or email. We provide a complete partnership model to schools, CSR entities, organizations, foundations as well as governments with seamless implementation and measurable outcomes.
After an initial needs assessment, ENpower customizes the program based on your context, whether it’s a single school, a district-wide rollout, or a CSR-funded education initiative.
We then co-design an implementation plan that includes teacher training, access to learning content and digital tools, STEM Lab infrastructure, ongoing mentoring support, and impact tracking. Programs can be delivered in English, Hindi, Marathi, and other regional languages (Indian), ensuring inclusivity and local relevance.
For low-income, tribal, or rural schools, ENpower facilitates partnerships through corporate CSR and government collaborations, covering most program costs to make it accessible. Once onboarded, schools receive complete facilitation support, periodic reporting, and opportunities for students to participate in national and international innovation platforms like India's Future Tycoons, Atal Marathon, Inspire MANAK, UN GCNI, WYEC (NFTE) & many others.
In short, all it takes to try it, is a willingness to empower young minds and we take care of the rest.
