Understanding self and other people is vital if young people are to flourish.
C-me Colour Profiling celebrates individuality, encourages well-being and helps build self-confidence. It helps improve communication skills and the ability to handle setbacks, strengthening the ability to work effectively with others. C-me also adds personal insight to support career choices and job applications.
By answering a series of questions that takes under 10 minutes to complete, a bespoke report is generated that helps shed light on preferred behaviours - including strengths, development areas and preferred communication style. Each report uses the colours Red, Yellow, Green and Blue to aid understanding of these behaviours in a simple, visual and memorable way.
C-me's reports differ from most psychometric tools in that our focus is on behaviours, not personality. It is our behaviours that have the biggest impact on other people and are also far easier to flex than our personalities. This means we can help young people grow in their emotional awareness without seeking to change who they are as people. In other words, we can equip young people to relate well to others, without destroying individuality.
In addition to the Behavioural Profiles, we offer a range of interactive workshops that help embed a common language for talking about difference.
C-me is currently being used in the UK but we believe its simplicity and visual output means it could be a resource to benefit young people all over the world.
