Finding My Voice

Helping students to physically and metaphorically, find their voice.

In the rapidly changing world the demands on education to evolve is great. Finding My Voice is a whole school approach which supports professionals to evolve the curriculum to put young people firmly at it's axis. Rooted in personal development and oracy it supports schools to evolve culture, curriculum and pedagogy to enable a more robust, ambitious and equitable approach to human growth.

What does your innovation look like in practice?

A whole school approach designed for professional engagement with teachers to enact in schools in a way that is right for their community.
The approach supports schools to evolve the following;

Powerful Curriculum
A Learner First Approach

It is supported by an vibrant online library of personal development 'bites videos' created by Christian Foley and Emmanuel Awoyelu for use in class.

How has it been spreading?

It has been to date and 1:1 and small group approach and is now launching nationally as a whole school approach.
