Motriz, HundrED, the Jacobs Foundation and Fundación Luker partnered on two pilots to explore how Predictors of Learning, a digital tool, can help school and district leaders manage education systems more effectively.
What if education leaders had a clear way to identify policy gaps and design targeted improvements in literacy, teacher development, assessment and equity? Predictors of Learning, developed by Motriz, was created to do exactly that.
Piloted in Brazil and Colombia, the project followed implementation in two Brazilian school districts to test the tool’s impact, scalability and relevance across contexts. The goal: to support smarter decision-making and better learning outcomes for students.
