The partnership between Motriz, HundrED, the Jacobs Foundation, and Fundación Luker partnered up to document and strengthen the implementation and eventually scaling of the Predictors of Learning Tool (PoLT).
Motriz led the initiative, applying its methodology developed in Brazil and creating a digital tool that made data collection and analysis more efficient. HundrED contributed by supporting educators in adopting new practices, generating insights on educational transformation, and documenting the implementation journey.
In this project, we gathered learnings from two school districts: Castro and Francisco Morato. The takeaways are summarised in a short video, implementation journey pages (see below) and a brief executive summary in English and in Portuguese.
