Through Unravel, we aim to revolutionize education by promoting proactive cognitive development and inclusivity. Our vision is to ensure every child, regardless of their mental state (or whether he/she has a cognitive disability), has access to personalized and effective cognitive training, fostering a more equitable and supportive learning environment where all learners can thrive.

Why did you create this innovation?

We created Unravel to address the critical need for early identification and intervention of cognitive disabilities while providing engaging and effective cognitive training for all children. Current brain training apps are failing to do so. Our goal is to ensure that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential by equipping them with the mental agility need for real-life success.

What does your innovation look like in practice?

In practice, Unravel is a dynamic and intuitive app that serves as a comprehensive platform for cognitive training. Upon opening the app, users are greeted with a vibrant interface designed to engage and motivate. They can easily navigate through various categories of brain teasers and exercises, each meticulously crafted to target different cognitive skills such as memory, attention, problem-solving, and more.
The challenges range from quick and fun puzzles to more complex tasks, ensuring that users of all ages and skill levels can find activities suited to their preferences and needs.
As users engage with the app, their progress is tracked and analyzed, allowing for personalized recommendations and feedback to optimize their training experience. With ongoing updates and improvements, including the development of AI features and a real-life games section, Unravel continues to evolve to meet the diverse needs of its users and provide an unparalleled cognitive training experience.

How has it been spreading?

Unravel's organic growth, surpassing 700 downloads on the Google Play Store without any marketing, underscores its inherent appeal and effectiveness. As satisfied users spread the word about their positive experiences, interest in the app continues to surge. This grassroots momentum speaks to Unravel's ability to meet a genuine need for accessible and engaging cognitive training, driving its ongoing spread and impact. Subsequently, once all our features are ready (Since we are still in the finals stages to implement the AI scanning feature and the real-life games feature), we will market it through social media and we expect to get thousands of downloads in a month. Moreover, we also plan to launch it to the app store once that is done since right now it is only on the google play store.

If I want to try it, what should I do?

To try Unravel, simply download the app from the Google Play Store and create an account. Once registered, you can start exploring our range of brain teasers and cognitive exercises. Keep an eye out for updates as we continue to develop new features. We are going to release the AI capabilities and real-life games soon to further enhance your experience. They are in the final stages currently.

Implementation steps

Create an Account

1. Upon opening the Unravel app, you will be prompted to create an account.
2. Click on the "Sign Up" or "Create Account" button.
3. Enter your email address and create a password.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the account creation process.
5. Once your account is successfully created, log in to the Unravel app using your credentials.

Explore Available Features

1. After logging in, you will be taken to the main dashboard of the Unravel app.
2. Take some time to familiarize yourself with the different sections and features available, such as logical reasoning, attention and memory, riddles
3. Click on any category or feature to explore its contents and functionalities.
4. Experiment with different activities to find ones that suit your preferences and cognitive training needs.

Engage with Brain Teasers and Exercises

1. Choose a category or activity from the available options on the main dashboard.
2. Select a specific brain teaser or exercise to begin.
3. Read the instructions carefully and start solving the puzzle or completing the task.
4. Use the provided tools and hints, if available, to aid you in your cognitive training.
5. Continue engaging with different brain teasers and exercises to challenge yourself and improve your cognitive skills.

Track Progress and Receive Feedback (This will be implemented after our next update)

Identify Cognitive Risk and Notify Parents (This will be implemented after our next update)

2. If you are found to be at risk, the app will prompt you to input your parents' email address.
3. Upon submission, Unravel will securely send detailed statistics and insights to your parents, empowering them to take proactive steps to support your cognitive development.
