I hope to see an education system where teenagers are supported to understand who they are, build confidence, and take active roles in solving real community challenges. Through this innovation, I want learning to move beyond academics and empower young people to become thoughtful, responsible changemakers.

About the innovation

Why did you create this innovation?

I created this innovation to address the growing number of teenagers who feel unseen, unsure of their identity, and disconnected from their role in society. Many lack access to mentorship, leadership skills, and purpose-driven learning. The Teen Impact Lab provides a safe, empowering space where teens build confidence and become active changemakers in their communities.

What does your innovation look like in practice?

The Teen Impact Lab uses interactive workshops, reflection, and small community projects to help teens build confidence, purpose, and leadership. Teens learn by doing and apply their skills to real-life issues, making them active contributors to their communities.

How has it been spreading?

The Teen Impact Lab is still in its early stage, and our growth has focused on building online presence. We currently share our message through our Spotify podcast and Instagram reels, helping us reach teens, parents, and educators. As awareness grows, more young people are engaging with our content and showing interest in joining future cohorts.

If I want to try it, what should I do?

Interested users can contact us via Instagram or email to receive details on how to join our sessions. They can also begin by exploring our podcast and online activities, which introduce the core concepts of the Teen Impact Lab.
