Many girls have dropped out of school because of poverty and basic needs such as books, pencils, pens, school bags, footwear, school uniforms, and other basic needs of the girls child. Most communities in the remote areas of Ghana are faced with poverty. Due to that a lot of girls are not able to complete their basic education or do not have the motivation to go to school at all. Sometimes, they do not have school items needed in their various schools such as mathematical sets, books, pencils, pens, school bags, footwear, school uniforms, food and other basic needs of the girls child. These girls fall victims in the hands of naughty guys who gave them small amounts of money to lure them into relationships which later result into pregnancy and destroy their future. As a result this, pregnancy and school dropout has become rampant in the communities.
Our survey in the various communities in the remote areas of Ghana where poverty is so high proved that, as at march 2019, the National date collected by Education Management Information System (EMIS) under UNESCO indicate that 7,575 girls were dropped out from school.

I think the most important thing is to focus on the rural communities they are the people needed most.
Because, for them there is no compitition in life at rural those communities. Parents don't know much about girl child education.
First plan is to conduct research in that particular community as to know number of girls at home?
Those at school? And the successful ones at the basic level.
