What is the problem we are addressing?

The need of the school staff: a teacher, a social worker, a psychologist, and a school administration to know continuously and from various sources of observation and measurement to the needs of the student, uncover the challenges that the student faces and student strengths and weaknesses in academic, behavioral, health, and physical and social fields to help student to get these needs as possible according to what is available, and help him overcome these challenges, enhance his strengths, reduce weaknesses to minimum, and turn it into opportunities for development and improvement, and provide appropriate and continuous support at the right place and time, in order to develop support and treatment plans and programs. Appropriate for different fields, and achieving better learning helps him to be a productive individual who has an effective role in building his society.

What is our solution?

Creating an easy, clear and comprehensive mechanism that teachers implement as they are the most important and most communicative element with the student, through a digital form that covers all fields elements related with the student: academic, behavioral, apparent health, psychological and social, and use this form continuously in all lessons wherever required, so that it becomes a reference record that helps the teacher to making decisions about providing support in the academic field, especially basic skills: reading, writing and arithmetic, or transferring the cases to the social or psychological specialist to provide appropriate support, communicate with parents and work on studying his case. These copies of this digital form which are distributed to all teachers constitute a database that can be analyzed and processed and come up with various reports through which decisions can be taken by those involved, and appropriate plans and programs can be developed to help the student, support his learning, and meet his needs.

Examples of implementation

At the beginning of the school year, the digital form that includes the names of the class students is distributed to all teachers to start activating it, and record their initial observations through various measurement tools: teacher note, diagnostic test, activities in which the student participates, tasks, works and projects that the student carries out, and they provide the administration with copies of the completed forms to carry out its analysis at the level of the student, the class, the school, and the academic subject and take appropriate decisions regarding it, and develop individual and group plans and programs, and the teacher, based on the diagnosis of the student’s condition, develops, implements and follows up the individual plans and programs by providing the necessary support to the student / students, whether by through him or through other interested parties inside or outside the school, and he follows up the student’s progress and improvement in the specified areas, and provides himself with continuous feedback through the results of the procedures that he carries out, or through the student, while continuing to record his observations in the form periodically, So that the data of this form is constantly updated, and the concerned parties are provided with an updated copy on an ongoing basis.

Any teacher in any school can use the innovative digital model with ease, whether on paper or digitally, through the Word application and it is preferable to use the Excel application for the purposes of analysis.
