Resolute Education

Building Tomorrow’s World in Today’s Schools

In an era where technology is redefining human potential, education systems are failing to equip our youth with crucial skills for the future, such as resilience, creativity, and problem-solving. We equip educational institutions to prepare young minds for an unpredictable future through future-focused subjects like Coding and Robotics.

About the innovation

Why did you create this innovation?

Our journey began with a single question: What if we could unlock the true potential within every school? We started with the goal of helping students to excel in math, but as we looked closer, we saw an even greater need—a need to prepare learners for the future, not just for tomorrow, but for a rapidly evolving world.

What does your innovation look like in practice?

We equip schools with an all-encompassing roadmap to integrate coding & robotics education. It includes top-tier robotic kits, comprehensive teacher training, and access to our proprietary educational licenses, which include our interactive coursework and innovative software environments. We aim to make learning fun, exciting and interactive through intuitive concepts in coding, engineering and data sciences provided in a wide variety of courses that cater to a large range of ages and school grades.
At the heart of our initiative is the empowerment of educators, acknowledging their vital role in preparing students for the future. We prioritize ensuring that both students and educators have access to the necessary tools to teach and thrive in the rapidly changing digital landscape.

How has it been spreading?

Our impact has grown significantly, reaching over 150,000 students and 1,500 educators across 7 countries, with our innovative educational tools implemented in more than 300 schools…And we are just getting started! Our goal is to transform ten thousand schools by 2030.
Our strategic partnership with renowned institutions like Oxford University Press, has been critical in spreading our solutions. Furthermore, our novice course received a 92% pedagogical rating from the Educational Alliance Finland and a learning engagement score of 4.16 out of 5 showcasing our commitment to global educational advancement.
Our commitment to continually meeting the needs of schools worldwide is driving our growth as more institutions seek to adopt our pioneering educational methodologies.

If I want to try it, what should I do?

Implementation steps

School Leadership Engagement
We engage with school leaders to understand their specific educational challenges and objectives. We discuss different options to align with their specific educational objectives and see how we can help solve existing educational gaps.
Onboarding
We offer schools access to the Resolute platform for teachers, students, and principals. We begin with an onboarding meeting, presenting the school package, support structures, and professional development courses for teachers.
Delivery of Materials
We ensure each participating school receives its order of robotic kits and/or textbooks.
Educator Professional Development
a) Baseline assessment - We begin by assessing the current understanding of each teacher.
b) In-person training workshop - These sessions provide hands-on experience and direct engagement with our tools and methods.
c) Termly professional development webinars - These webinars reinforce learning, introduce new content, and address emerging challenges.
d) Summative assessment - At the end of the training period, we conduct an assessment to measure the improvements and impact.
Ongoing Support
We provide ongoing support through weekly office hours, online support groups, professional development engagements, and site visits. This helps to resolve any issues swiftly and fosters a community of educators who feel supported throughout their journey with our program.
