We work to ensure high school students find sustainable careers in Industry 4.0, so they won’t feel lost in life. PRORSUM replaces outdated guidance with personalised, future-focused support-saving time, family resources, and building a national talent pool that drives long-term economic value. We align with SDGs 4, 5, 8, and 9: education, equality, decent work, and innovation.

About the innovation

Why did you create this innovation?

We created this platform because we’re living through a major shift - AI and automation are quickly replacing jobs, and many roles that are common today will disappear in the next few years. In fact, 44% of high school students are already worried that AI might take their jobs (American Psychological Association), and the OECD estimates that many top jobs today will be gone by 2030.

At the same time, traditional career guidance systems simply aren’t keeping up. They don’t reflect how fast the world is changing or what skills the next generation actually needs (European Commission).

Since 2017, we’ve been working offline with students, helping them make important academic and career choices. Over time, we saw a clear gap-and that’s why we created this platform: to help young people prepare for the future with confidence, by matching them with professions that are growing, not disappearing.

The PRORSUM platform provides high school students with personalized roadmaps to develop essential future skillsets while preparing them for university admissions in fields like nanotechnology, biomedicine, molecular genetics, AI, mechatronics, urban management, graphic design, and more.

Our approach works. Our graduates now thrive in top international organizations like Tesla, Bayer, Oracle, SAP, Bosch, and others-proof that with the right guidance, students can turn uncertainty into opportunity.

What does your innovation look like in practice?

In practice, PRORSUM is a digital platform where students complete a short diagnostic- just 14 carefully designed questions about their interests, academic strengths, and future goals.

Based on their answers, they receive a 32-page personalised career guidance report that outlines which university specialisations suit them best, what industries 4.0 and companies they can work in, expected salaries, and the future skills they’ll need to stay competitive.

We also offer skill development plans and mentorship tools to help students grow into T-shaped professionals-those with deep knowledge in one field and broad abilities across others. Teachers and parents can access supporting resources, and schools can integrate the platform into their career guidance programmes.

It’s a practical, data-driven tool that turns uncertainty into clear direction-helping students make informed, confident decisions about their future in Industry 4.0.

How has it been spreading?

Our business model targets B2C customers (parents), B2B (schools and educational organizations) and B2B2C partners.
Over the past 8 months (as EdTech platform), we partnered with iTeacher, the official Apple equipment distributor for private schools in Kazakhstan. We became an official partner of Technovation Girls STEM 2024 and have a preliminary agreement with Astana Garden School for the 2025/26 academic year. We will also conduct future skills 4.0 webinars, including one hosted by the Dubai Future Foundation. We are in the constant process of expanding our network of strategic partners.
