The idea of the program comes from the discussions with teachers participating in training activities, who convey the concern regarding their work in stressful environments, the misunderstanding of personal needs by students and parents, which causes a poor performance of the professional activity and an unsatisfactory state of health.
The program is an initiative designed to promote the emotional and social well-being of both students and teachers in the face of the challenges and pressures of an increasingly complex and dynamic world. The initiative is based on the idea that the well-being of students begins with the well-being of teachers, and that a school environment in which they feel balanced and happy is essential to the academic success of students.
We propose the implementation of the program in the schools of the Cimișlia district, after an evaluation of the well-being of the teaching staff according to the guide "Come with the well-being in the school!" elaborated by Anca Tîrcă. The proposal is accepted and supported by educational specialists and two coordinators are appointed to lead the programme.

Within the Program, we managed to establish 20 partnership agreements with institutions in our community. These partnerships are a solid commitment to promoting emotional and social well-being among students and teachers. Each of the 20 partner institutions has committed to becoming a pillar in supporting and implementing the well-being program in the school environment. To ensure effective and sustainable implementation of this program, we have appointed 20 Principal Wellness Ambassadors in each institution.
Within these partner institutions, we identified 171 creative wellness teachers dedicated to creating a positive school environment and providing emotional and social support to students.
