Why did you create this innovation?

The Playground Board Game is specifically designed for entrepreneurship coaches and educators.
It provides an engaging and effective entrepreneurship learning experience.
Educators use the Playground as a complement to their curriculum - principles of entrepreneurial thinking and frameworks get personal very quickly for the students using the game, enhancing their engagement with this topic.

What does your innovation look like in practice?

The Playground for Entrepreneurs board game is a “serious game” offering an innovative approach to entrepreneurship teaching and coaching. Through its playful and reflective dynamics, it enables students and nascent entrepreneurs to tackle real-life challenges, fostering initiative, resilience, and collaboration.
The setting for the game is usually based on small groups of 3-7 participants and a coach/teacher/assistent, who moderates and facilitates the conversations generated by the game. Several additional dynamics, including classroom-based, are available to use the game additional to an existing curriculum.

The game includes 4 boards, 48 tiles with reflective questions, 1 dice, 32 reward cards, and online instructions. Ideal for facilitators, coaches, and educators in the field of entrepreneurship.

How has it been spreading?

Facilitators from 5 continents have already bought the game and participated in the Facilitator Training. Also a couple of Universities have bought into this approach. Most independent facilitators have an interesting subject matter expertise already and several of them are actively participating in the creation of expansion sets (for example on the matters of Female Entrepreneurship, SDG-related, corporate entrepreneurship), curricula (Highschool, University), or complements (integration with LEGO (R) Serious Play (R)).

Join an interactive Demo of the game, which is regularly promoted on LinkedIn as an event.
