Online GFI Career Hub (www.msichanakwanza.org)- Through our Career Hub, we give girls and young women access to training, resources, opportunities, mentorship and coaching they need to be competent and competitive in the job market. We have been able to direct coach 143 girls across four regions in Tanzania and give access to more than 1,000 youth access to the platform.
