The mistake often lies in the fact that municipalities and schools spend more time and money on recruitment than they spend on retaining employees. We have therefore made the start-up of employees easier through onboarding modules, keeping track of their development plans and expert knowledge accessible through online courses.
By using LearnLet, teachers can access knowledge and inspiration 24x7 when or whenever needed. Schools are provided access to a wide range of professional development courses and a dashboard with live data analytics and measurement tools.
In 2018 started building a strong tech platform and product by developing 250+ courses. 16,000 users in Denmark, 21,000 total in Scandinavia. Our target is to reach 500,000 teachers and 3000 schools by 2026, in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Germany.
