I want to go on the path of Save Girls , Educate Girls. What saved girls will do? Household works? I have visited most of the marriage bureau in metro cities and most of the groom families indirectly in search of girls who take job as hobby and do whenever she get time between taking care of them. Degree is just to get groom. Now its a time to solve the real issues so women can shine in the world.

About the innovation

Why did you create this innovation?

According to the National Sample Survey Office, 15.1 million girls in India are out of school, as of 2021. And reasons are safety and social. Social reasons of course includes burden of house hold work and mindset. Schools is the place from where you can bring a change. I want to built the school where all life living lessons can be taught and syllabus should be development centric.

What does your innovation look like in practice?

School should have a lecture of cooking once in a week for all gender, School should have a lecture of cleaning / dusting / ironing / plumbing to learn basic life skill to make children ready to become more responsible citizens. We are promoting sports in schools and its high time to put it into action. We are promoting save girls, educate girls but all will not work if life skills are gender based. Moreover, a study during corona inspire me to think on this as those children who have lost their mother are also orphans and they are dependent on mother's mother or their father are in hope to get married again. If India is taking proud of tradition, these are the things need to be solved.

How has it been spreading?

Making mental health simple was only an idea!

I've started with You are not alone - Human is near you. My journey has begun after receiving 250 messages in less than 30 minutes praising my initiative. I made it obvious that I wanted to demonstrate the idea that a problem shared is a problem half-solved. The terms "psychologist," "depression," and "mental health" are not necessary. We can improve the world such that fewer people become patients.
This campaign has helped me to meet with number of people and actually I have implemented my thought it society through it.

If I want to try it, what should I do?

Well, its not a product where I can say that I will get it for you. We need to convince policy makers / governance to put it into practice. The local voice might be ignored but if it is being noticed and raised from the global platform, definitely will be heard.

Implementation steps

Indian Tradition - there should be a space of every dream!
Draw the attention of policy makers / Governance
Take the small interviews of educated parents and their thought about it.
School level implementation of life skills
It should be implemented in metro cities and urban areas first
Promote the schools and videos of implementation.
Observe the generation how they behave at home before and after the implementation.
