Non-English Speaker faces difficulties in many steps of life using English. Kids need a proper environment to learn English. Immigrants need English Knowledge to get a proper job. Job holders need English communication skills to get a better job or promotion. There are millions of people who are willing to teach them, who are better than others. But they don't get the platform to get connected.
We are offering connectivity. The connectivity people need to learn and teach English. we have created a platform where people from all around the world can teach and learn. Our user-friendly and dynamic platform helps kids from rural areas to kids from cities to brush up on their English knowledge. We have teachers from different countries who are willing to teach those who need it. From homemakers to businessmen, any of them can share English Knowledge. But to keep all the learners and teachers connected, we developed our own curriculum. We follow the "Inductive Method" to teach English. We are SDG connected. We are providing "Quality Education (SDG 4)", "Decent Work & Economic Growth (SDG 8)" and "Gender Equality (SDG 5)" since all of our faculties are female and female feels safe teaching/working online rather than outdoor, they can look after their family and earn while staying at home at the same time. And all of this was possible because we are using technologies.
We started with a very minimum number of teachers and students. But day by day our number of students and teachers is increasing. And all of them are from different parts of the globe with different cultures and ethnicities. Over the last 2 years, we have successfully taught more than 1000+ students, with 50+ teachers from different areas. Our student retention rate is more than 60%. and our Teacher retention rate is above 90%. Now we are working on our material and quality development. Our plan is from 23-24, we will achieve 100,000 students and 500 teachers from different parts of the world. We will offer international connectivity to local houses.
To be a student: The user needs to go to: https://english-champ.com/ and buy a course of his/her choice. They will be giving an admission test or test class. So that we can understand his/her level of English. After that, we will connect them with a proper faculty.
