This project aims to improve education by "increasing" the potential of the environment through the didactic contents that are usually proposed in the classroom; thus it is possible to have, through direct experience, an individual, personal, inclusive and sustainable approach to knowledge.
In a rapidly evolving world, it is school's duty to provide the right tools for a sustainable digital and real approach to the environment. This innovation could motivate teachers and help develop their confidence in a new digital approach methodology; they are inspired to find new research-based ways to encourage students to learn through direct experience with the specially implemented environment. It is a simple but effective way to work in collaboration with parents and with the local community as they can be guided and inspired by experiences and activities, conceived and created by teachers and digitally "inserted" into the environment, which make full use of resources which offer great learning opportunities. This innovation aims to bring together teachers, associations and all the territorial educational offer that use technology to learn from each other, so that they can always be in a growing mindset by sharing and making available the resources of the educational community.
The project allows educators to build experiences that meet the needs of each student. Each teacher, through their creative abilities and skills, can implement an instructional model based on personal pace and mastery that leverages technology to promote human connection, authentic learning and socio-emotional growth.
This innovative approach will benefit all children in this engaging and hands-on learning environment.
We designed an educational environment that disrupts the usual learning model.
In the external environment we have seen the potential to create a space where knowledge and skills could coexist through experience, a space where technology supports teachers and does not seek to replace them and where young people are owners of knowledge, not just consumers.
Each environment has its own material, immaterial and cultural heritage. Anyone who wants to make these contents visible in such a way that everyone can experience them can use this method that we offer in partnership and through courses of teachers who have experienced it.
