Rural youth don't want to go urban areas for skill development trainings due to some issues like mobility issues, cultural issues, language barrier. I belong to rural area and my father was passed away when I was kid and I faced lot of struggle to get technological education because in rural areas there are not such opportunities of learning and earning through technologies.
Digital Village is project of 110 innovate institute of technology. Digital Village is concept of digital transformation of villages, which aims at exploring, facilitating and financing talented youth in their preferred technologies so that they may respectfully earn their livelihood and start their own business. We want to teach and train our rural youth in three domains:
• Digital Literacy,
• IoT solutions,
• Online earnings.
It is capacity building project to provide skill development trainings to unemployed youth in the above fields in villages. Through these trainings we will be able to provide effective and efficient resource persons or trainers at local and provincial levels on the one hand, and to provide bulk of competent trainees at local and provincial levels. This capacity building of individual will enable and equipped to finding the opportunities for earning as well as serving the aspiring communities.
Through this proposed Project, initially, we will train 18 master trainers in one village as an unit and expanded to 800 villages (Units) to train 15000 qualified and talented aspiring resource persons who will then work at Tehsil level (Villages) across the selected district (Home district Jamshoro). After that, they will transmit their knowledge and skills to the ground level expected unemployed youth numbering 30000 to 40000 individuals of the district.
Customers: Central Unit is responsible to help and hunt different projects for freelancing; online earning; buying and selling; helping to pitch in different Incubators, Accelerators and Funding projects. For this purpose, our target customers are Tech users, Freelance agencies, Donner companies, IoT companies, etc
