Degrees of Opportunity is a collaboration of organisations supporting young people, providing greater choices and opportunities.
We aim to reward and celebrate the achievements of young people and provide them with a pathway to further develop their skills and leadership qualities beyond the programmes that they are currently engaged in.
Add value to the often excellent work being done.
Provide opportunities for engaging young people more and to further develop their skill set.
Develop a creative collaboration amongst youth activity providers to do more and better.
Young Person can achieve their Degree by choosing to participate in a variety of projects and programmes, run by different companies, organisations or government platforms

Degrees of Opportunity has been working with 12 young people, over the past 15 months, who have attained program attendances, work experience, employment, volunteering and returned to studies .
The time spent has included discussions with young people about current education choices,
volunteering, delivery and outcomes, what works well and what needs redeveloping,
what a new form of education attainment would look like to them and their needs
associated with this.
