In a computer system, most important is the working of the processor rather than the memory. Our brain is a super computer . Our education system focuses more on the memory of the student rather than the processor. We test the memory of the student rather than the processor . Instead of throwing the information to students, make them think in the proper way.

About the innovation

Why did you create this innovation?

1. There is no proper career analysis tool for the students. many of the test the interest (interest is subjective and if I know my interest why to take any test), subject knowledge / aptitude (assess only the left-brain orientation
2. No proper assessment for teachers to check the teaching passions.
3. No proper assessment to check the developmental needs of the student / person

What does your innovation look like in practice?

1. Using NLP, neurolinguistic programming, we developed an online tool that will measure 28 thought patterns of an individual and measure the behavioral competencies of the students / teachers. we have defined 300+competencies required for different jobs. when a person takes the test, his competencies are measured and mapped against 1000s of jobs defined with the competency requirements in each job. the jobs that are matching with the student's capabilities are listed in the order of %. 2. Teachers should have 10 MUST competencies according to ISCO (- International Standard Classification of Occupation defined by the UN), to have performance excellence. We measure these 10 competencies as prescribed by ISCO and see the gap for improvement. Teachers development can be provided based on the competency scores.

We have implemented this solution in the Schools for the development of students and teachers and career path analysis for the students, engineering and MBA colleges for competency mapping and career direction.

Signed agreement with BSS, a INDIA govt body , to assess students, signed agreement with a company in UAE for GCC market, patent is pending for approval from Govt of India.

2. Sign agreement with govt. on agreed price scheme
3. Govt. gives authorization letter.
4. Full software shall be set up in the Server
5. Administrative login for Govt. and for each school will be provided
6. Training shall be provided to the stake holders
7. Those who have completed the assessment, parallel counselling / training will start.
