I created Art ∙ Mind ∙ Reset to address stress, distraction, and lack of reflective practices in learning. Traditional education often overlooks emotional regulation and creative engagement; this innovation helps learners reset, focus, and connect through art, theatre, and mindfulness.
Art ∙ Mind ∙ Reset uses guided exercises, reflective art activities, and structured prompts (illustrated cards) to help learners RESET, FOCUS, RELEASE, CREATE, FEEL, and CONNECT. Rooted in my PhD research on art, consciousness, and education in Thailand, the methodology combines classroom observation, theatre-based techniques, and design practice.
Case studies—“Mental Wellbeing for Resilient Teams,” “Mindfulness for Resilient Teams,” and “Mental Wellbeing / Self Reflection and Stress Relief”—show implementation in corporate and educational settings. Participants demonstrate improved focus, emotional regulation, creative thinking, and team collaboration. Outcomes are tracked via observation, feedback, and reflective outputs, illustrating measurable impact across diverse contexts.
Since 2023, over 300 learners have participated in workshops and online sessions. Key achievements include collaboration with UNESCO’s Art x 2030 initiative, corporate wellness pilots, and international school programs. The recent introduction of illustrated cards enhances accessibility and structured reflection.
Next goals: expand globally, adapt the toolkit for diverse cultural contexts, and license the methodology to schools and organizations, scaling to 5,000+ learners in 2–3 years.
