Although the suspension of face-to-face classes is temporary, hybrid education has definitively installed itself in our way of teaching, which entails a pedagogical project that integrates face-to-face teaching and learning in a way that the different stages are not substituted, but complement each other. It proposes to contribute to this debate, the training of teachers in this new reality.
ANEBHI has more than 100 conselors divided into 6 boards (technology, science, professional education, international education, teacher development and training, institutional relations) among the most renowned Brazilian educators to offer support and training to teachers from the public and private schools. Register and disseminate the experiences that Brazilian schools faced with the closure of schools and offer support to transform these experiences into knowledge that translates into quality in education.
We cannot confuse hybrid education with distance education. Hybrid education may use technological resources for remote stages in addition to face-to-face activities, but not only technological resources must be considered for education to be hybrid. Remote can also be provided with communication resources that each school has, for example, radio, TV, WhatsApp, and digital platforms. This new reality needs to be guided and teachers need to be prepared for it.
We promote the training and development of education professionals to take ownership of research, methodologies, and technologies that contribute to improving the quality of basic education through hybrid education, through national and international experiences of this form of education.

ANEBHI is a non-governmental, non-profit organization that is available to anyone interested in joining. The annual fee is $ 70,00 and members are entitled to participate in all ANEBHI training courses with the right to an Academic Certificate, which take place on a permanent basis and are disseminated through our website.
