We have witnessed the gap of lack of quality teachers, improper assessment system and mandatory school coaching practices of Bangladesh which derogates the learning environment. Besides, other renowed ed-techs provide lecture driven courses where a teacher has to cater 1000+ students in a single streaming platform. But what we do is, 20-30 students in a single batch once at a time where our teachers can provide them feedbacks and personalized suggestions. Our efforts are been recognized as this project got their seed funding from Teach For Bangladesh and YY Ventures in their incubation Agent for Change 4.0 in 2025.Our goal is to reach out to all the registered schools where the administration has failed to cater quality education. We want to take 50 sub-districts of Bangladesh those lag behind in providing quality education and cater 5000 students in Maths, English and Science subjects. We do not want to replace schools, rather facilitate schools so that our learners can get proper service on and off the classrooms. First of all, we collaborate with headmasters of primary schools of different sub-districts and gather under-previledged students with lack of opportunities. Afterthat, our free of cost English classes are operated with the help of basic technical skills and in some cases technological support.
We investigate results of SSC that helps us to know which Upazillas lag behind in terms of quality education service. After that, we incorporate our vision to the students. Our activities are free online lecture classes upon English, Mathematics, Science taken by students of renowned institutions of Bangladesh such as BUET, DU etc. Beside, we provide materials, school bags and other accesories to the underprevilidged learners of Bangladesh.
