Our Global Collaboration series highlights stories from our global community and how their collaboration is inspiring change in the world of education and innovations.
Every year at HundrED, we work to discover more inspiring innovations in K12 education, that are helping children around the world to flourish. Seeking and sharing these practices not only highlights the work of top education innovators but also allows us to get a glimpse into what the future of education can become.
Beyond inspiration, we want to see more educators becoming a part of that change and one way we are working to facilitate this is to create a platform where educators can come together and share ideas of how to implement change in their own spaces. Throughout the year, our innovators have shared impact stories of how they have seen their innovations spread since becoming a part of the HundrED community. Each story carries a consistent theme - community and collaboration! Here is more from some of our ambassadors and innovators on what it means to them to be a part of HundrED.

Hundred is an amazing collection and collaboration of individuals and organizations with a genuine mission to make a real difference. Having attended the conference today and yesterday I am just blown away by how many awesome ideas and innovations that are out there. It is all about networking, it is about making sure that people in authority start listening to these organizations and individuals who know what makes a difference.

HundrED is an amazing community. I am here for the first time and everybody feels like my people. I'm very comfortable here and it is an enormous honor to be picked as one of the top innovators in education. I know that is something that means a lot to everybody. We have all been very excited about being included and hopefully, we can also add something to the conversation and a different point of view that maybe people have not thought about.

Hundred is a platform for social capital good which is oftentimes missing for a teacher when we are looking at scalable ideas to bring into our classroom. This is the opportunity for us to see what other people are doing around the world and then bring it back to our setting, look at our strengths weaknesses, values beliefs, and see what might or might not work. HundrED gives us the capability of bringing all this knowledge together and looking at it before we implement it, which is quite different from a top-down approach.
