Join us as we meet Pekka Peura to hear about his work at Startup High School – the exciting new innovation offering high school students across Finland online courses in entrepreneurship, creative problem-solving and critical thinking.
Who is Pekka Peura?
Pekka Peura is an innovative Mathematics teacher from Finland who is known for his personalized learning approach. Last year, Pekka and his team of colleagues published a book on Flipped Learning in Finland and Pekka has since become the developer and principal of Startup High School.
Startup High School consists of three online courses that teach students how to put their ideas into action, empowering them to become changemakers.
After the school’s successful first year, we are eager to learn about Pekka’s experiences and gain an insight into the program’s bright future.
