Titus Syengo is TaRL Africa’s Executive Director. He leads the organisation’s strategy and mission, overseeing program delivery across multiple countries to ensure children across sub-Saharan Africa acquire foundational reading and math skills before completing primary school. TaRL Africa works closely with Ministries of Education across Africa to strengthen national education systems based on what children need most.
Titus is responsible for guiding a collaborative, multi-country team and building strong relationships with governments, funders, and technical partners. He is committed to evidence-based scale-up, national system integration, and long-term impact that prioritises learning for all.
