Ozgen Bağcı is an educator, teacher trainer, and learning designer with international experience across Italy, Turkey, the Netherlands, Finland, and Denmark. She serves as Academic Program Director for ETS’s Local Partner in the Netherlands, supporting teacher professional development programs in the Nordics and Italy. Bagci is the Founder and Creative Director of Educ@demy, where she designs immersive learning experiences for educators. She is also a Community Lead for Western Europe and an Academy Member at HundrED, the world’s leading curator of education innovations, focused on global collaboration and reimagining learning environments through creativity and inquiry.
