Noam Angrist is a researcher and expert in bridging the gap between evidence-based practices and policy implementation for the betterment of youth. As co-founder of Youth Impact, he has successfully scaled evidence-based programs benefiting over 150,000 youth across ten countries. Noam has advised institutions such as the World Bank and UNICEF, helping develop metrics for improving learning outcomes in LMICs. Noam is also the Academic Director for the What Works Hub for Global Education at the University of Oxford. He holds a BS Mathematics and Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a PhD in Public Policy from University of Oxford.
