SDS Laida is an accomplished education leader with extensive experience in school administration and educational management. She currently serves as SDS of Puerto Princesa City (2023–present), and previously as OIC-SDS in Calapan City, (2019–2023) and Marinduque (2018–2019), as well as OIC Assistant Schools Division Superintendent in Marinduque (2011–2018). She has spearheaded initiatives in social mobilization, DRRM, educational planning and research, human resource development, and youth formation, strengthening school systems and community engagement.
She is pursuing a PhD in Education (Educational Management), and holds a Master in Education and a BS in Industrial Education (Cum Laude).
