Harold has over 16 years of experience in education and young women empowerment programs in Malawi, with a focus on reaching the most marginalized communities. Since joining Link Community Development Malawi in 2019, he has served as the Executive Director. In this role, Harold is responsible for driving organizational growth, including strategic planning, overseeing program implementation, and ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the Malawi government. His work has centered on strengthening education systems, promoting girls' education, empowering young women, managing education bursary programs, supporting complementary basic education, ensuring school safety and disability inclusion, advancing school leadership, and fostering community child participation.
