Guilherme Cintra is the Director of Innovation Strategy at Next, Eleva Educação's innovation branch, and partner at Gera Capital. Graduated in Economics at PUC-RJ, he started working with education at the age of 18, teaching mathematics to young people from communities close to his university. He fell in love with the topic and after interning in other investment funds, he found Gera, which at the time was 100% focused on education. After the creation of Eleva Educação, he assumed the direction of a school unit of the group.
