Social Psychologist, Customer Experience Manager
Emilia Kuuskoski currently leads customer experience development at Annie Advisor, a student support chatbot that prevents dropouts. At Annie, Emilia works with schools on chat flow and intervention design, with the goal of improving student's well-being and academic achievement. The Annie bot has supported more than 50 000 students in 30 schools and 3 countries.
In co-creating systematic support systems, Emilia makes use of her Master's in Social Psychology with leanings to futures studies and mindfulness methods, her previous professional background in hospitality industry and her interest in compassionate service design.
