Dr. Oracion has dedicated 40 years to education, beginning as a high school Mathematics teacher. Since 2007, as Director of the Ateneo Center for Educational Development (ACED), she has led initiatives to strengthen public basic education. She has served on CHED’s Technical Panel for Teacher Education, the Technical Committee for Elementary and Secondary Education, and the Standing Committee for Higher Education and Teacher Education of EDCOM II. She was recognized as a 2024 Professional Teacher awardee by the Professional Regulation Commission. She earned a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Ateneo de Manila University, a Master’s in Mathematics Education from UP, and a Doctorate in Education via a dual program at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and University College Education.
