Devyani Pershad is the Chief Program Officer at Pratham International. She leads technical strategy and approach for programs, and manages partner relationships across geographies. Devyani also supports building donor relationships and grant management. Over the past decade, Devyani has held senior leadership roles across the Pratham network, including managing large-scale education programs at the Pratham Education Foundation. She has also been a member of the Senior Management Team at the TaRL Africa initiative. Her prior experience in advisory services includes work on public–private partnerships, project management, evaluation, and strategic advisory functions, contributing to education reform and systems strengthening efforts.
