Damilola, passionate about transforming education in Nigeria, founded KEY academy, a social enterprise redefining education. KEY launched Africa's first 100% project-based school in 2019, driving change through edtech, teacher training, and policy reform to equip the next generation with 21st-century skills.

With over 20 years in entrepreneurship and finance, Damilola co-founded The Alternative Learning Centre in 2016, a pioneering pre- and after-school centre in Nigeria focused on 21st century skills development.

Previously, she was Head of Asset Management Strategy at FBN Capital. A University of Manchester graduate, she worked at JPMorgan and Credit Suisse in London in various asset management roles.
