Crystal leads HundrED’s Research Team, managing data analysis, report writing, and the Advisory & Academy Boards. Crystal holds a PhD in Education from the University of Jyväskylä and an EdM in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Her expertise is in comparative and international education, with a focus on teacher education and professional learning.
