WHAT IS X SCHOOL?

XSCHOOL Future College from North America is a truly international bilingual STEAM educational institution and the first international after-school school school in China.

As the leading brand of international STEAM education, our international STEAM course, after 7 years of North American research and development, has joined the Harvard University, Melbourne University, and the Australian global leadership program to introduce the first class international STEAM course and teacher training system in North America, through high quality full-time North American partners and the world's top teaching facilities and departments. Technology connects global peers to help children become international people in the changing world.

Implementation steps

First, help the children to improve their core competence

In the course of curriculum design, X SCHOOL is the main line of the story + task, including science, mathematics, humanities, engineering, technology and other multidisciplinary knowledge, so that children in the process of solving problems and completing the task of the comprehensive ability to exercise.

The curriculum system of X SCHOOL is divided into four stages. The basic course is to mobilize "the perception of the children of the lower grade". For example, the "light" theme, 3-6 year olds may not understand the principle of light light, but need to know the changes that the light can bring around. In X SCHOOL's classroom, young children mainly experience the world through their senses instead of inculcate knowledge.

Each of the latter stages is a more difficult task, with stimulation and guidance to make the child try to solve the problem, and to find personal interests and strengths in continuous practice and trial and error. After identifying areas of interest, XSCHOOL will also provide online and offline models for mentors and children in various areas to explore together. At present, X SCHOOL is building a cross - border communication platform to enable children to find like-minded partners around the world and do deeper research together after a deep contact with a particular field.

X SCHOOL will generate personalized evaluation reports for students in each semester according to the learning and inquiry planning at each stage. In X SCHOOL's classroom, the teacher is the guide, observer, motivator and recorder. Lin believes that the teacher should be a role in guiding and accompanying growth, presenting the children's ability in the classroom practice, setting up a complete set of growth trajectories, so as to tap the potential of the children.
